About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Engage with customers to understand needs and goals
2. Act as the main point of contact for customers
3. Handle customer queries, feedback, and issues promptly
4. Connect with leads via calls and chats in real time
5. Monitor customer usage and satisfaction
6. Coordinate with internal and cross-functional teams for smooth support
7. Build strong relationships with customers and team members
8. Follow defined sales processes and SOPs
9. Provide accurate information and recommendations
10. Work towards targets and contribute to team success
