About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Operational Efficiency: Ensuring smooth day-to-day banking operations and resolving issues.
2. Customer & Business Growth: Driving sales, managing customer satisfaction, and promoting financial products (loans, etc.).
3. Team & Compliance: Collaborating with departments, managing teams, and adhering to compliance standards.
4. System Proficiency: Using banking software like Finacle and understanding retail asset products.
