About the internship
As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at Storytech, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the tech industry. Your role will involve interacting with clients, providing support, and analyzing market trends to help us better understand our customers' needs. With your strong proficiency in English and Hindi, as well as your knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office, you will excel at building relationships and making cold calls to potential clients.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicating effectively with clients to address their queries and concerns
2. Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
3. Conducting market analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth
4. Making cold calls to generate leads and expand our customer base
5. Assisting in client interactions to provide exceptional support and service
6. Collaborating with team members to improve customer experience
7. Demonstrating proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
