About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer queries promptly on WhatsApp, Freshdesk, and Freshchat
2. Understand customer concerns with empathy and provide effective solutions
3. Guide users step-by-step on using the platform
4. Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team when required
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
6. Follow up with leads and encourage them to move to paid plans
7. Share feedback and recurring issues with the product and operations team
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term trust
