About the internship
The Front Desk Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk. This role includes managing front office operations, greeting guests, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
NOTE: This position involves night shifts as well.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day front desk duties, check-ins/outs, and billing.
2. Answer phone calls, emails, respond to inquiries.
3. Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
4. Room visits, room checks, and coordinating with HK teams for room condition.
5. Handle guest requests, grievances, resolve by coordinating with respective teams.
6. Handle administrative tasks and documentation.
7. Manage scheduling, appointments, and maintain the front office calendar.
8. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
10. Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and procedures.

1. Experience in a hotel front office preferred.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or a related field
3. Excellent verbal/written communication, ability to write professional emails, drafting of documents, presentations, etc.
4. Strong English communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Professional appearance and demeanor.
