As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at SANVER INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of customer interaction and support. Your role will involve using MS-Office, MS-Excel, Zoho CRM, and other tools to assist with client management and sales support. Your proficiency in English (spoken and written) will be essential for effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with client interactions and relationship management.
2. Support sales team with administrative tasks and data analysis using MS-Excel.
3. Utilize Zoho CRM to maintain client databases and track sales activities.
4. Provide excellent customer support through phone, email, and chat.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
6. Contribute to the overall success of the customer service and sales management team.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 20,000 - 30,000 /month
