About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage inbound and outbound client communications via calls, chat, and email.
2. Maintain and update client pages, ensuring accuracy and timely changes.
3. Assist clients with onboarding, setup, and usage of SocialAddress features.
4. Conduct Google Meet sessions to explain product features and resolve client issues.
5. Record and track all customer interactions and feedback systematically.
6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective responses.
7. Follow up on client issues until successful resolution.
8. Provide suggestions for improving customer experience and internal processes
