About the internship
1. Follow up on incoming leads and convert abandoned carts via chat and calls
2. Guide customers before purchase and support them post-sale (delivery, service, confidence)
3. Engage with B2B clients, build relationships, and offer relevant products/services
4. Maintain clear reports on leads, conversions, follow-ups, and customer feedback
5. Be the voice of the customer, identify gaps and improve the overall experience
