About the internship
Resolute/HumanFractal.Ai is an integrated digital health and wellness platform focused on precision wellness, continuous virtual care, and digital therapeutics. With a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, data scientists, practitioners, and behavioral experts, the organization aims to unlock full health potential for individuals through technology-enabled care.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via calls, chats, and emails
2. Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner
3. Guide users on platform usage, consultations, and program navigation
4. Support onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth experience
5. Conduct regular follow-ups to improve engagement and adherence
6. Identify potential drop-offs and implement retention strategies
7. Coordinate with clinical, operations, and product teams to address client needs
8. Ensure smooth scheduling and follow-ups for consultations
9. Escalate critical issues in a structured and timely manner
10. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
11. Track key metrics such as response time, satisfaction, and engagement
12. Support process improvements based on customer insights
