About the internship

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented customer success intern to support day-to-day client coordination and operational execution. The candidate will assist in managing client requirements, tracking project updates, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to learn how client servicing and operations work in a fast-paced professional environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in daily client communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of client tasks and deliverables
3. Understand client requirements and document briefs clearly for internal teams
4. Maintain and update client records, task sheets, trackers, and reports
5. Follow up with teams for project status, pending tasks, approvals, and deadlines
6. Support managers in preparing client updates, reports, presentations, and meeting notes
7. Track project progress and ensure smooth workflow between clients and internal departments
8. Help resolve basic client queries and escalate important issues to the reporting manager
9. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and sharing minutes of meetings
10. Support client onboarding, documentation, and operational processes
