Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assist the 'Customer Success' team in addressing customer inquiries and concerns through email and phone communication.
2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
3. Maintain customer records and feedback in MS Excel for analysis and reporting.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create customer engagement campaigns.
5. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
6. Assist in organizing customer events and webinars to enhance customer relationships.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to the team.
