About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the customer success team in onboarding new clients.
2. Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of their queries.
3. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to deliver a smooth customer experience.
4. Track customer engagement and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Prepare reports and documentation related to customer interactions.
