DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Handle inbound enquiries (calls, messages, walk-ins) and understand client requirements
2. Manage client conversations and convert inbound enquiries into confirmed orders (no cold calling)
3. Prepare quotations and basic order documentation accurately
4. Conduct site visits for measurements and sample approvals when required
5. Capture photos/videos of completed projects and support social media updates
6. Take ownership of tasks and support day-to-day operations and team coordination across functions

2. can start the internship between 22nd Apr'26 and 27th May'26
3. are available for duration of 5 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Strong communication skills in English (mandatory). Kannada and other languages are a plus point.
2. Comfortable speaking with clients and handling conversations independently
3. Prior experience in client handling/sales/coordination roles is appreciated.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
5. Comfortable travelling within the city for site visits when required
