About the internship
Faclon Labs is a leader in Industrial AI and IoT-powered solutions, driving digital transformation across industries. Our mission is to optimize operations and enhance productivity through real-time monitoring, advanced analytics, and predictive maintenance. As a customer success operations intern, you'll support the customer success team in onboarding, client communication, issue tracking, and coordination across departments. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management within the tech/IoT space.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in conducting client health checks and gathering feedback
2. Support check-in communications via emails and calls
3. Help track and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams
4. Collaborate with CSMs during onboarding and project delivery
5. Maintain documents and dashboards for post-delivery support
6. Contribute to renewal and upsell tracking efforts
7. Coordinate internally to capture and relay client feedback

Other requirements
A. Education:
1. Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s in engineering or a related field
B. Skills:
1. Good understanding of IoT or eagerness to learn
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Detail-oriented and proactive attitude
4. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
C. Traits:
1. Customer-first mindset
2. Team player with a willingness to take initiative
3. Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
