About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make follow-up and reactivation calls to registered but inactive users
2. Engage with new and existing users via calls, chat, or messages
3. Understand user doubts, issues, and barriers to usage
4. Guide users on how the application works and its key benefits
5. Resolve basic queries or coordinate with internal teams for support
6. Drive user activation, engagement, and repeat usage
7. Maintain records of user feedback and interactions

Key success metrics:

1. User activation rate
2. Re-engagement of inactive users
3. Conversion from sign-up to active usage
4. User satisfaction and issue resolution
