About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and agents.
2. Assist customers with FASTag activation and recharge-related queries.
3. Resolve failed payment and transaction-related issues.
4. Maintain customer records using Microsoft Excel and internal company systems.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
6. Update customer information and prepare basic reports.
7. Follow up with customers and agents to ensure timely resolution of queries.
8. Maintain accurate documentation and support day-to-day operational activities.
