About the internship
Highway Delite is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry & Telecalling Executive to join its team in Guwahati. This full-time internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management, customer communication, and operational coordination while supporting the organization's day-to-day activities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain and update company records through accurate data entry.
2. Make outbound calls to customers, partners, and leads as required.
3. Collect, verify, and organize information within company systems.
4. Follow up on customer queries and provide basic assistance.
5. Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy across records.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth operational processes.
