About the internship
Office Address: Times Center, FC-6, 1st Floor, Sector 16, Noida - 201301. Office Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Working Days: 5 days a week. Stipend: 10,000 per month. Duration: 6 months. Requirement: Candidates must have their own laptop for this internship.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Database Executive - Research, Data Enrichment & Quality Intern to research, build, enrich, validate, and maintain high-quality company and CXO-level contact databases.
The role will focus on expanding the master database, improving existing data quality, working on client wishlist accounts, identifying relevant decision-makers, and ensuring that databases are accurate, standardized, and ready for campaigns and events.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and build new company and CXO-level contact records using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other approved sources.
2. Identify senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Chief AI Officers, IT Heads, Infrastructure Heads, Data/Analytics Heads, Digital Transformation Heads, and Engineering Heads.
3. Build new account databases based on client criteria, including industry, geography, employee size, turnover, designation, and target persona.
4. Work on client wish lists and not-found accounts to create complete company and contact records.
5. Identify and classify companies by industry and sub-industry, including BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, Automotive, Telecom, IT/ITES, Energy, and GCCs.
6. Build city-, state-, and country-specific databases based on campaign and event requirements.
7. Validate contact designations to ensure they are current and relevant to the required client personas.
8. Update company information, including turnover, employee size, industry, sub-industry, website, LinkedIn URL, location, and other relevant attributes.
9. Tag companies under categories such as MNC, GCC, ET 500, BS 1000, and other strategic classifications.
10. Categorize technology functions such as AI, ML, Data, Analytics, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, Automation, Engineering, and IT/OT.
11. Update contact statuses such as Left Organisation, Wrong Number, Invalid, Retired, Duplicate, and Not Reachable, as applicable.
12. Standardize company names, subsidiaries, legal entities, parent companies, and group companies.
13. Identify and correct outdated, duplicate, incomplete, irrelevant, and invalid records.
14. Conduct historical data cleanup and enrich existing records.
15. Perform quality checks before sharing databases with client, event, or vertical teams.
16. Ensure final databases are accurate, complete, relevant, and ready for campaigns and events.

3. Strong understanding of CXO and senior management designations.
4. Good understanding of industries and corporate structures.
5. Ability to identify relevant client personas.
6. Understanding of database hygiene, validation, and enrichment.
7. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
8. Ability to work with large volumes of data.
9. Good communication and coordination skills.
10. Graduation in any discipline.
Preferred Background:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, IT, Computer Applications, Data Management, or a related field.
