About the internship

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented data operations executives to support a critical project commencing immediately. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing document operations, data validation, quality assurance, and process compliance to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and operational efficiency. This is a 3-month project-based engagement with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business requirements.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review, validate, and correct documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
2. Compare processed documents against original source documents and identify discrepancies.
3. Perform data verification, quality checks, and human-in-the-loop validation processes.
4. Ensure adherence to established quality standards and operational procedures.
5. Maintain accurate processing records and documentation logs.
6. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to improve document processing workflows and operational efficiency.
8. Support project-related activities and operational requirements as assigned.

Other requirements
1. Prior experience in data operations, document processing, data validation, quality assurance, back-office operations, or related fields.
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and digital documentation tools.
4. Ability to analyze, verify, and reconcile information accurately.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Familiarity with OCR validation, document digitization, or data extraction tools will be an added advantage.
8. Any graduate.
9. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
10. Candidates available to join immediately or at short notice will be given preference.

Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 240000 to 300000/year
