Data Science Internship in Ahmedabad at OMNIDYA TECH

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and trends.
Assist in building and testing machine learning models.
Develop data visualisations and dashboards to communicate insights.
Write scripts and queries to extract and manipulate data.
Support the team in developing predictive and statistical models.
Document methodologies, processes, and results.
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and product teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Python or R.
Familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
Understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning fundamentals.
Experience with SQL and data querying.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with Git and collaborative coding environments.
