Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential VIP delegates, including industry leaders, executives, and key decision-makers.
2. Maintain an up-to-date database of potential VIP delegates with detailed profiles.
3. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential VIP delegates through phone calls, emails, and social media.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and confirmed VIP delegates.
5. Serve as the main point of contact for VIP delegates, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
6. Coordinate with the event management team to ensure VIP delegates receive all necessary information and support.
7. Follow up with potential VIP delegates to secure their attendance.
8. Confirm attendance and ensure all necessary details are communicated and documented.
