Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct research to identify potential VIP delegates including industry leaders, executives, and decision-makers
2. Maintain and update a detailed database of potential VIP delegates with accurate profiles
3. Develop and execute outreach strategies through calls, emails, and social media
4. Build and manage relationships with potential and confirmed VIP delegates
5. Act as the primary point of contact for VIP delegates and address their requirements
6. Coordinate with the event management team to ensure seamless communication and support
7. Follow up with potential delegates to secure participation and confirm attendance
8. Ensure all delegate-related details are accurately communicated and documented
