About the internship
Location: Times Internet, Film City, Noida Office
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: 10,000 per month
Requirement: Candidate must have a laptop for this internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential VIP delegates, including industry leaders, executives, and key decision-makers.
2. Maintain an updated database of potential VIP delegates with detailed profiles.
3. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential VIP delegates through phone calls, emails, and social media.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and confirmed VIP delegates.
5. Serve as the main point of contact for VIP delegates and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
6. Coordinate with the event management team to provide VIP delegates with necessary information and support.
7. Follow up with potential VIP delegates to secure attendance and confirm participation.
