Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Overview:
As an intern, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging senior business leaders, CXOs, founders, HNIs, investors, and industry professionals. You will work closely with the Audience Development team to build high-quality databases, drive delegate registrations, support speaker outreach, and contribute to the successful execution of ET's marquee events.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to business networking, market research, stakeholder engagement, and event management while working with one of India's leading business media brands.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Data Research & Enrichment
1. Research companies, industry sectors, and senior decision-makers relevant to ET events.
2. Build and maintain accurate databases using LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and business platforms.
3. Verify and update contact information to ensure database accuracy and quality.
B. Delegate Outreach
1. Reach out to potential delegates through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
2. Introduce ET events professionally and invite qualified participants.
3. Track registrations, follow-ups, and attendance confirmations.
C. Speaker & CXO Engagement
1. Assist in identifying and approaching potential speakers and panelists.
2. Coordinate communication with CXOs, founders, business leaders, and industry experts.
3. Support speaker onboarding and event coordination.
D. CRM & Reporting
1. Maintain outreach trackers and regularly update CRM systems and databases.
2. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
3. Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions.
E. Cross-functional Coordination
1. Work closely with internal teams, including Editorial, Sales, Marketing, and Event Operations, to support event objectives.
