About the internship
1. Build and consume REST APIs for projects, reports, dashboards, and file upload functionalities within a NestJS backend.
2. Develop React-based user interface components, including forms, tables, dashboards, and editors.
3. Contribute to the development and enhancement of document-generation pipelines for DOCX and PDF deliverables.
4. Write and maintain unit tests and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability.
5. Monitor and maintain code quality through type-checking and linting standards.
6. Work with MongoDB data models and database structures.
7. Develop and execute data migration and utility scripts as required.
8. Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver self-contained project components and features.
9. Participate in debugging, testing, and performance optimization activities.
10. Contribute to backend and frontend development tasks across the application stack.

Other requirements
1. Strong fundamentals in JavaScript or TypeScript, or solid programming skills with the willingness to learn TypeScript quickly.
2. Familiarity with React for frontend development or Node.js and other backend frameworks for backend development.
3. Understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, and basic database concepts.
4. Familiarity with Git version control and command-line tools.
5. Exposure to or interest in Agentic Development and AI-assisted software development workflows.
6. Familiarity with AI coding assistants, automation agents, and LLM-powered development tools.
7. Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.
8. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
9. Ability to accept feedback constructively and implement improvements effectively.
10. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
