Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and schedule daily social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
2. Design basic creatives using tools such as Canva
3. Write engaging captions focused on real estate, redevelopment, and land opportunities
4. Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across social platforms
5. Research and collect data on developers, builders, and property investors
6. Assist in building targeted lead lists, especially for Ahmedabad and Gujarat regions
7. Support WhatsApp and email outreach campaigns for lead generation
8. Maintain and update lead databases using Excel or CRM tools
9. Assist in creating blogs, posts, and short articles on land deals, redevelopment, and real estate insights
10. Generate ideas for video content including reels and short videos
11. Support execution of digital campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
12. Monitor ad performance and prepare basic performance reports
13. Suggest improvements based on campaign results and engagement metrics
14. Conduct research on ongoing and upcoming redevelopment projects
15. Track competitor activities and marketing strategies
16. Identify trending real estate topics for content creation
17. Upload blogs and update website content regularly
18. Perform basic keyword research for SEO purposes
19. Assist in improving website visibility on search engines
20. Create brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
21. Support branding initiatives and maintain consistency in brand messaging
