About the internship
1. Social Media Support
- Assist in creating posts, reels, stories, captions & hashtags.
- Schedule daily posts using Meta Business Suite or other tools.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement and report any queries.
- Track competitor social media updates for ideas & trends.
2. Content & Creative Work
- Create Images, video etc using tools like Canva, AI
- Collect content, product images, testimonials, and videos.
- Maintain a content calendar and update daily progress.
3. Marketplace (E-commerce) Tasks
- Update product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms.
- Check stock availability and report low inventory items.
- Track product reviews and ratings, share feedback with the team.
- Assist in optimizing listings with better titles & keywords.
- Track daily orders, returns, and customer queries.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track daily website traffic on Google Analytics.
- Update weekly reports for:
Social media growth
Ad campaign performance
Marketplace sales
Website analytics
- Create simple Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
