About the internship

We are looking for a person who is a master at digital marketing across various platforms and skilled at using the latest Gen-AI tools. Apart from digital marketing, we expect the person to take care of day-to-day business operations as and when needed. We are looking for a dependable person and hope to convert the internship into a full-time role after assessing performance.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.
2. Create engaging content (posts, blogs, infographics, short videos) to highlight our innovations, partnerships, and impact stories.
3. Manage company presence on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
4. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or equivalent, and recommend optimisations.
5. Collaborate with the R&D and Business Development teams to translate technical insights into accessible, impactful content.
6. Support the design and delivery of marketing materials (brochures, decks, newsletters) for investors, partners, and customers.
7. Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
8. Contribute to event promotion (trade fairs, conferences, webinars, accelerator showcases).
9. Managing day-to-day business operations (tracking expenses, inventory, etc.).

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in commerce, marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

2. 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships also considered for fresher roles).

3. Proficiency with social media marketing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).

4. Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling.

5. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.

6. Creative mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

7. Experience in B2B or deep-tech/startup marketing.

8. Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

9. Basic video editing skills for short promotional clips.

10. Exposure to email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot).

ThinkClock Battery Labs is an R&D-driven company focused on battery health analytics using spectroscopy techniques, namely EIS (electrochemical impedance spectroscopy), acoustic, and RF spectroscopy. We reveal the diagnostic insight about the battery health while relating the microscopic data of the battery to the observable system-level behavior with the help of the models based on physics and machine learning. ThinkClock offers lab-based battery characterization services (for performance and uniformity assessment) to cell OEMs and battery pack manufacturers. We are creating a cell benchmarking database for the commercially available cells using the lab-based characterization data to provide an independent source of truth for the system integrators. While leveraging our cell benchmarking database, we have developed a portable tool, CellScope, which can quickly assess the health of a cell using spectroscopic techniques.
