About the internship
Intern's Responsibilities
Manage social media accounts for the company and its clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional content for the company and clients.
Assist in planning and managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
Set up and manage WhatsApp Business automation, chatbots, and marketing campaigns for the company and clients.
Generate leads through social media advertising, WhatsApp marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
Create basic marketing creatives, banners, posts, and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
Monitor social media and advertising performance and prepare campaign and marketing reports.
Research digital marketing trends and suggest new strategies to improve reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Coordinate with the internal sales/development team and client teams for campaigns, content, and lead follow-ups.
Support multiple client projects and gain hands-on experience in real-world digital marketing campaigns.

Other requirements
Candidates pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field are preferred.
Candidates with basic knowledge or experience in social media management, Meta Ads, WhatsApp automation, Canva, or content creation are preferred.
Candidates who are creative, willing to learn, and interested in working on both company and client digital marketing projects are preferred.
