About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Digital Branding & Creative Setup:
1. Assist in building the brand identity, including brand tone, visual style, messaging, and positioning.
2. Create marketing collaterals such as presentations, brochures, social media creatives, banners, and promotional materials.
3. Support the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all platforms.
B. SEO, CRO & Email Marketing Foundation:
1. Support website content planning and optimization using SEO best practices.
2. Conduct keyword research for service pages, blogs, landing pages, and campaign content.
3. Assist in on-page SEO activities, including meta titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, URL structure, image alt text, and internal linking.
4. Support technical SEO checks such as page speed, mobile-friendliness, indexing issues, broken links, sitemap, robots.txt, and basic schema markup.
5. Analyze competitors' websites, keywords, content structure, backlinks, and ranking strategies.
6. Track SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword trackers, and SEO audit tools.
C. CRO - Conversion Rate Optimization:
1. Review website pages to identify where users may drop off or lose interest.
2. Suggest improvements in CTA placement, form design, landing page structure, trust elements, and user flow.
3. Help improve inquiry forms, demo request forms, WhatsApp buttons, call buttons, and lead capture points.
4. Assist in A/B testing ideas for banners, headlines, CTA text, button placement, and landing page layouts.
5. Analyze visitor behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, scroll maps, and session recordings.
6. Support conversion tracking setup for form submissions, calls, WhatsApp clicks, brochure downloads, and email sign-ups.
D. Email Marketing:
1. Help create email marketing templates, newsletters, drip campaigns, and customer communication strategies.
2. Segment email lists based on industry, lead status, interest level, and customer type.
3. Support campaign planning for cold outreach, follow-ups, product education, offers, and re-engagement.
4. Track email performance, including open rate, click rate, reply rate, bounce rate, and conversion rate.
5. Maintain email hygiene by cleaning duplicate, invalid, and inactive contacts.
E. Lead Generation & Market Research:
1. Identify potential customers, business opportunities, and lead generation channels.
2. Build and maintain lead databases and prospect lists.
3. Connect with prospects through calls and emails to verify interest and business relevance.
4. Classify qualified leads based on requirements, budget, decision-maker availability, timeline, and business fit.
5. Capture a clear requirement summary for each qualified lead, including client needs, pain points, expected solution, urgency, and next action.
6. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend studies to support business growth.
7. Assist in developing outreach strategies for customer acquisition.
8. Share regular lead status updates with the sales and management team for follow-up and conversion planning.

1. Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, SEO, CRO, email marketing, and lead generation.
2. Basic SEO skills, including keyword research, on-page SEO, meta tags, internal linking, image optimization, and competitor analysis.
3. Basic technical SEO knowledge, including page speed, mobile optimization, sitemap, robots.txt, broken links, indexing, and schema markup.
4. Understanding of CRO concepts such as CTA placement, landing pages, lead forms, user flow, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
5. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, keyword tools, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
6. Basic email marketing knowledge, including newsletters, drip campaigns, segmentation, follow-ups, and performance tracking.
7. Ability to create and maintain lead databases, prospect lists, and qualified lead summaries.
8. Good calling and email communication skills for lead qualification and requirement gathering.
9. Basic market and competitor research skills.
10. Content creation skills for social media, blogs, white papers, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
12. Creative mindset with strategic thinking and independent execution ability.
13. Good research, coordination, documentation, and organizational skills.
