About the internship
We are building a high-performance paid media team, and this internship is the first step in identifying individuals who are not just curious, but serious about making a career in performance marketing. This is not an exploratory internship. Please apply only if you are committed to growing in paid media advertising.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support campaign setup and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and X.
2. Assist in managing campaigns under guidance and gradually take ownership of tasks.
3. Learn and apply optimization techniques including bid management, audience targeting, and ad creative effectiveness.
4. Monitor performance metrics such as KPIs, CTR, and conversions using Google Analytics.
5. Track campaign budgets and ensure spending aligns with media plans.
6. Support ad operations including implementation of tracking tags and ensuring quality delivery.
7. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign alignment.
8. Stay updated with digital trends, platform changes, and tools.
Candidate requirements:
1. Prior theoretical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
2. Understanding of LinkedIn Ads is an added advantage.
3. Must be available for full-time, on-site work.
4. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
5. Basic Excel proficiency; knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP is a plus.
6. Strong communication skills for emails, documentation, and professional interaction.
7. Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn and build a long-term career.
8. Discipline, logical thinking, and seriousness toward work.
Compensation and future scope:
1. Monthly stipend of 8,000 to 10,000 based on assessment and interview performance.
2. Opportunity for a full-time role after a 6-month internship based on performance.
