About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assisting in executing digital campaigns across platforms - Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
2. Planning and scheduling social media posts, reels, and stories for all Shiksha Nation verticals.
3. Supporting in content ideation - brainstorming post ideas, captions, and campaign hooks that connect with students and educators.
4. Working on email marketing, landing pages, and WhatsApp campaigns to nurture leads.
5. Tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTRs, conversions).
6. Collaborating with the design and video teams to ensure brand consistency and visual storytelling.
7. Researching trending keywords, hashtags, and competitor campaigns.
8. Assisting in SEO optimization for blogs, website, and digital ads.
9. Participating in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives, events, or webinars.

Other requirements
1. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
2. Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp, etc.
3. Creative mindset with strong communication and copywriting skills
4. Knowledge of current social media trends and content formats
5. Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines
