About the internship
Selected trainers will work closely with schools, teachers, and students to deliver engaging, hands-on drone education sessions, introduce students to drone technology and its applications, and facilitate practical learning activities. The role involves regular school visits, practical session delivery, student mentoring, basic drone handling and demonstrations, and timely documentation of activities as per prescribed guidelines.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting drone technology classes for teachers and students through experiments and hands-on activities
2. Delivering engaging lessons on drone flight, mechanics, and basic operations while ensuring student participation and understanding
3. Demonstrating basic drone handling and facilitating practical learning activities
4. Ensuring lab materials are properly organised, accounted for, and utilised during classroom sessions
5. Maintaining progress reports for each class and sharing findings with school authorities and the company
6. Registering students and maintaining accurate records on the online course portal
7. Mentoring and supporting students during practical sessions and activities
8. Following prescribed guidelines for session delivery, documentation, and lab management

5. have relevant skills and interests
Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM discipline; a Master's degree is preferred
2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on field experience in drone technology
3. Candidates currently pursuing studies or holding only a diploma are not eligible
4. Strong interest and passion for teaching
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or Gujarati
6. Ability to effectively manage and communicate with large audiences
7. Ability to engage with children and young people in a fun and meaningful manner
8. Proficiency in computer applications and internet usage
9. Passion for working in a challenging and growth-oriented environment
