E-Commerce Internship in Delhi at MARS Cosmetics

Key Skills Required:
* Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
* Monitor fill rates, PO TAT, and order fulfillment to ensure SLA compliance
* Manage PO trackers, PO aging, pending orders, and fulfillment planning
* Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, planning, logistics, finance, catalog, and marketplace teams for seamless operations.
* Monitor inventory and stock availability to ensure timely replenishment and order fulfillment
* Follow up on PO confirmations, dispatches, appointments, GRNs, RTVs, and operational escalations
* Identify operational bottlenecks and implemented process improvements with cross-functional teams
* Manage pricing, promotion parity and ensure no price leakage in assigned channels
* Assist Key Account Manager in portfolio expansion, activation planning, and execution to drive sales target achievement and business growth
* Resolve inventory, order, and warehouse-related issues while ensuring marketplace SOP compliance.
* Drove operational efficiency and maintained high service levels across key accounts
