About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Executive to manage and support our D2C and B2C online operations across multiple jewellery brands.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and an interest in digital commerce, product management, and online brand growth.
This role involves managing product data, maintaining online stores, improving product listings, coordinating content updates, and supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Shopify Management
Manage day-to-day operations on Shopify and other e-commerce platforms
Add, update, and maintain product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, variants, and inventory details
Ensure product information is accurate and updated regularly
Manage collections, tags, categories, and product organization
Assist in improving website experience and customer journey
Monitor website updates, product availability, and operational tasks
Data Management & Excel Operations
Maintain and update product databases using Excel/Google Sheets
Perform accurate data entry and data management tasks
Manage inventory-related information, SKU details, pricing, and product attributes
Prepare reports related to products, sales, inventory, and website performance
Maintain organized records for e-commerce operations
Product Content & Image Management
Edit and optimize product images using AI tools and basic editing software
Resize, enhance, and prepare images for website and marketplace requirements
Create product visuals, banners, and basic marketing assets when required
Ensure consistent product presentation across platforms
D2C & B2C Operations Support
Support online customer journey improvements
Assist with promotions, offers, discount codes, and website updates
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for product launches
Track competitor websites, pricing, and online trends
Identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience
Marketplace & Digital Support
Assist with marketplace listings and optimization
Support SEO improvements for product pages
Update product metadata, tags, and descriptions
Help analyze website performance and customer behavior
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Interest in e-commerce, D2C brands, and online retail
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with large amounts of product data
Basic understanding of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with Shopify
Knowledge of product catalog management
Basic Photoshop/Canva skills
Experience using AI tools for image editing/content creation
Understanding of SEO and digital marketing basics
Experience working with jewellery, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands is a plus
