About the internship
Serenity Jewels is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day online operations and customer coordination.
1. Handle customer queries via Instagram, WhatsApp & Email
2. Manage order updates, address changes & basic support
3. Create courier labels and coordinate dispatches
4. Coordinate with courier partners for delays, RTOs & delivery issues
5. Maintain daily order and operations reports
6. Track and manage customer disputes related to delivery, exchange or non-delivery
