About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Order processing: Verify and manage orders from Shopify, Faire, and other platforms
2. Supplier coordination: Follow up for quotations, confirmations, and dispatch updates
3. Product listing support: Assist in adding/updating listings on Shopify, Faire, etc.
4. Inventory updates: Help sync stock info with vendors and update in Airtable/ClickUp
5. Shipping & tracking: Track deliveries via NimbusPost/Shiprocket and update records
6. Customer support help: Respond to basic order queries via WhatsApp/email
7. Data entry: Maintain logs of orders, returns, and documents in Airtable
8. Return/dispute logging: Record issues and coordinate for resolutions
9. Marketplace research: Track competitor pricing, trending products
10. Daily reporting: Share end-of-day updates, tasks done, and blockers
