About the internship
As an 'Educational Consultant' intern at MT Educare Limited, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of experienced professionals in the education industry. Your role will involve applying your knowledge of effective communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills to contribute to the success of our educational programs.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Handle telephonic and walk-in inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about courses and programs.
2. Follow up with leads and interested students to convert inquiries into admissions.
Support in student enrollment processes, including admissions, registrations, and fee collections.
3. Maintain accurate records of leads, walk-ins, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM or internal database.
4.Provide counselling support to students and parents to help them choose suitable courses based on their academic goals.
5. Build and maintain relationships with parents, providing updates on student progress and addressing their queries.
6. Assist in managing daily academic operations, including class scheduling, student attendance, and coordination with faculty.
7. Ensure smooth functioning of the center by overseeing student services, facilities, and learning resources.
