About the internship
1. Develop software components for electric vehicles, including Battery Management.
2. Systems (BMS), Vehicle Control Units (VCU), charging systems, and motor controllers.
3. Test and validate software components using Model-in-the-Loop (MIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) methodologies.
4. Perform static code analysis to ensure software quality, compliance, and robustness.
5. Create and maintain design documentation, reports, and technical presentations.
6. Research emerging technologies, materials, and methodologies relevant to EV software development.
7. Oversee the product lifecycle, from prototype development to production, ensuring seamless transitions and providing post-production support.

Other requirements
1. Proficiency in C programming for embedded systems.
2. Exposure to Model-Based Design (MBD) using MATLAB/Simulink.
3. Certification in C Programming or MATLAB Simulink (preferred).
4. Understanding of software design, development, testing, and debugging concepts.
5. Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and embedded constraints.
6. Familiarity with device driver development for interfaces such as: CAN, SPI, UART, I2C, ADC, GPIO, Timers, PWM, and Interrupts.
7. Basic understanding of vehicle control systems and automotive software development.
8. Strong self-learning ability with enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.
9. Ability to research, analyse, and apply technical concepts independently.
10. Interest in electric vehicles (EVs), powertrain control, vehicle electronics, and embedded automotive software.
