DESCRIPTION
About the internship
1. Assist in the design and development of hardware components for electric vehicles, including BMS, VCU, charging systems, and motor controllers
2. Hardware testing and validation processes to ensure compliance with safety standards and performance requirements
3. Help in the integration and troubleshooting of hardware subsystems within electric vehicle platforms
4. Contribute to design documentation, reports, and presentations
5. Conduct research on new technologies, materials, and design methodologies related to EV hardware development
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, mechanical, and electrical engineers
7. Assist with prototype assembly, testing, and evaluation of EV hardware

Other requirements
1. Experience with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, LTSpice) and circuit design software (e.g., Altium, KiCAD)
2. Understanding about ECU’s and their architectures
3. Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, power electronics, and hardware design principles
4. Familiarity with electric vehicle systems and technologies is a plus
5. Cross functional team Interactions (design-development, manufacturing and supply chain)
6. Should have strong communication and presentation skills
7. Strong in technical decision making
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
9. Hands-on experience with electronics lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies)
