About the internship
Employment Type: Full-time
Stipend: 15,000 per month
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide technical troubleshooting for EV charging stations by resolving customer queries related to charging systems, connector types, and hardware or software issues.
2. Identify potential clients and pitch EV charging infrastructure solutions to local businesses, commercial properties, and fleet operators.
3. Manage customer support requests, resolve operational issues faced by EV owners, and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Conduct on-site visits for technical inspections, product demonstrations, and coordination of charging station installations across Guwahati.
5. Monitor charging station performance and uptime through the central dashboard to proactively identify and resolve network issues.

Other requirements
1. Strong technical knowledge of electric vehicles, EV charging infrastructure, and charging ecosystems.
2. Understanding of EV charging station components, connector types, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
3. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
4. Ability to identify business opportunities and support client onboarding.
5. Willingness to travel within Guwahati for field visits and on-site support.
6. Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle technical and customer-related issues efficiently.
7. Basic proficiency in using dashboards and digital tools for monitoring system performance.
