About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle the exhibitor queries regarding the stall fabrication guidelines, hall structure & operations guidelines
2. Handle venue management & work on the costing
3. Find the right vendors & hiring the vendors
4. Negotiate the prices with the vendors
5. Coordinate with the fabricator between the client & organizer
6. Get the hall prepared before the showtime
7. Check all the vendors' work properly
8. Prepare the guidelines for the booth construction for the fabricator & exhibitors
9. Visit all the tradeshows to improvise the standard of our show
10. Prepare the exhibitor manual
11. Coordinate to organize the technical seminars and conference
