About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support end-to-end event logistics, including setup of materials, registration desks and supplies.
2. Assist in managing food, water, and refreshments distribution for participants and guests.
3. Coordinate basic arrangements such as seating, movement flow, and venue readiness.
4. Welcome and greet visitors, students, and special guests; guide them to designated areas.
5. Manage attendee flow, registrations, and on-site queries to ensure a smooth experience.
6. Support crowd management and maintain discipline during activities and sessions.
7. Assist the core team in conducting event activities, games, or engagement segments.
8. Handle participant coordination, announcements, and transitions between sessions.
9. Act as the first point of contact for visitors needing assistance during the event.
10. Provide general operational support wherever required to ensure seamless execution.
