About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with vendors, venue partners and artists on materials and deliveries.
2. Create and maintain client documents.
3. Assist founders with all daily operational and administrative tasks.
4. Coordinate order processing and ensure timely packaging and dispatch.
5. Maintain and update inventory records accurately in Google Sheets.
6. Handle customer queries and complaints via email and chat promptly.
7. Make follow-up/support calls to customers for assistance or feedback.
