About the internship
Are you a driven and organized individual with a passion for mental health? Psynchronize Minds is seeking an Executive Assistant intern to join our dynamic team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in effective communication, coordination, email management, LinkedIn marketing, and patient counseling.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist and coordinate scheduling appointments, calls, clinic logistics and coordinating meetings for the executive team.
2. Manage and organize emails to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
3. Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to promote company services and engage with potential clients.
4. Provide support in patient counseling sessions, under the supervision of licensed professionals.
5. Assist in creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
6. Conduct research and gather data to support various projects and initiatives.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and events to promote mental wellness.
8. Travel with the doctor to Ankleshwar and for mental health workshops.
9. Handle on-ground event/workshop logistics.
10. Maintain privacy and professional conduct at all times.
