Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in vendor management by communicating with suppliers and negotiating terms
2. Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and gifting collections
3. Conduct market research to identify upcoming trends and opportunities
4. Assist in the development of product lines and assortments
5. Assist in the planning and execution of merchandising strategies to drive sales
6. Assist in analyzing sales data and making recommendations for product improvements
7. Support the team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
