About the Internship
As a Field Sales Intern at NEOD Global Edutech, you will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in sales, client engagement, and business development. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on expanding our customer base, building strong client relationships, and driving growth in the EdTech sector. This role offers hands-on learning in sales strategies, lead generation, and customer interaction, preparing you for a successful career in sales and marketing.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying and approaching potential clients (schools, colleges, corporates, channel partners).
2. Support the sales team in lead generation and pipeline building.
3. Participate in client visits, meetings, and presentations to promote our products and solutions.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
5. Collect and document customer requirements, feedback, and queries.
6. Maintain accurate daily records of sales activities and update CRM tools.
7. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute sales campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Pursuing/completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Enthusiasm for sales, marketing, and client engagement.
4. Ability to work in a target-driven, field-based environment.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 2,500 - 5,000 /month

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 200000 to 350000/year
