About the internship
As a Field Sales Intern at Brainstorm Kidskills Avenue, you will have the opportunity to showcase your English proficiency and effective communication skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
We are looking for aggressive, street-smart Interns to drive school partnerships.
This is NOT a desk job. You will be an essential component of our sales team, meeting Senior Academics to onboard schools.
(THIS IS A FIELD WORK CENTRIC POSITION)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Field Visits (The Core Task):
Visit targeted schools in the allotted geography to pitch our Test Programme's value proposition to Principals, Coordinators and decision-makers.
2. Pipeline Management:
-Make cold calls and send formal proposal emails to set up appointments.
-Maintain a healthy pipeline of "Warm," "Hot," and "Closed" leads.
3. Rigorous Reporting:
-Maintain a detailed Daily Log Sheet (Excel/Google Sheets) of all visits, calls made, and remarks.
