About the internship
1. Identify potential customers through calls, social media inquiries, walk-ins, and referral networks for various loan products.
2. Explain loan options clearly and guide customers on eligibility, required documents, and next steps.
3. Coordinate with banking partners for application status, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth movement of every loan file.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 24th Nov'25 and 14th Jan'26
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Akola, Nagpur, Amrawati only
5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Candidates with prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling preferred.
2. Candidates having their own two-wheeler for field visits will be given preference.
3. Candidates comfortable with Hindi/Marathi and basic English communication.
4. Commerce, Management, Finance, or Marketing students/graduates preferred (BBA, B.Com, MBA, BA, etc.).
5. Candidates with confidence in phone communication and objection handling.
6. Candidates familiar with basic Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools will be an advantage.
7. Target-driven, self-motivated, and quick learners will be preferred.
