About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients based on their needs and buying intent.
2. Market research: Dive into market trends, analyze client behavior, and support sales strategies.
3. Sales support: Help prepare compelling property presentations, proposals, and brochures.
4. Client communication: Draft engaging emails and communication materials for prospective clients.
5. CRM management: Keep our CRM system organized with accurate client data and interactions.
6. Sales documentation: Assist with contracts, agreements, and key sales documentation.
7. Market insights: Track competitor activities and customer preferences to shape sales strategies.
8. Lead nurturing: Build strong relationships with potential clients through follow-ups and personalized outreach.
9. Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver effective client solutions.
10. Learning & growth: Participate in training sessions to master the pre-sales process and real estate industry insights.

5. Familiarity with CRM software or real estate platforms is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
7. Passion for real estate and customer relationship management.
